There was a deficit from the amount received from Lazada, what should I do?

A buyer filled in an incomplete address, only with apartment unit number and street name without apartment name, should I still fulfil the order?

What should I do when this message appear when I'm uploading a new SKU?

I saw an option to blacklist a buyer, will it affect anything else except not being able to chat with the buyer?

Will the buyer still be able to rate my store/products?

I'm interested in to featured my products on LazHalal, how can I do that?

the is fake buyer and spam us with many order. ( thy have multiple account, different name but same phone no and address).

After product handed over for shipping, thy cancel the order. he use the term COD to manipulate lazada system to sabotage our shop performance and reputation. not only that, after thy cancel....they make new order again for hundred of qty and wait us to ship0 the product...whatever order we ship, thy will cancel. please help.

I have dropped off my orders to J&T on 29th July afternoon. System has yet to be updated. I asked the person in charge to scan but said she will do later. Not sure whether this is allowed by Lazada. What if the parcels went missing?

My Product not Apple products ,so on Lazada Platform still have some seller was selling same product.
