How to setup the Early Bird Price feature for a new product?

Hello guys, Would like to ask let say a buyer bought an item and when the buyer receive the item is damage probably done by courier service. Now the buyer want to return the item back to the seller. Now seller will need to bare the cost of shipping delivery? For eg : Product cost : RM 30 Delivery cost : RM 5 Total buyer need to pay is = RM 35 So now seller only got RM30 as RM5 go into courier service Now item damage Product cost : RM 30 Delivery cost back to seller : RM 5 Total seller got RM 30 - RM 5 = RM 25 Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm new seller. Thank you in advance for the advice
