Hello guys,
Would like to ask let say a buyer bought an item and when the buyer receive the item is damage probably done by courier service. Now the buyer want to return the item back to the seller. Now seller will need to bare the cost of shipping delivery?
For eg :
Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost : RM 5
Total buyer need to pay is = RM 35
So now seller only got RM30 as RM5 go into courier service
Now item damage
Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost back to seller : RM 5
Total seller got RM 30 - RM 5 = RM 25
Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm new seller.

if product damaged ,then buyer ask return and refund ,that means ,the buyer will get full refund include the shipping fee total RM 35 .For the seller ,damaged items can contact with lazada ask lazada and your local delivery company refund the shipping fee and the product cost as the product damaged due to transport .if lazada think its not logistic company reason caused this or its due to seller's unsafe packing ,then seller will lost the cost ,it will not refund to seller .

buyer select COD ... tapi barang sampai rumah dia .. dia tak nak terima parcel .. barang itu kena return balik kedai saya ... so saya kena bayar shipping fee tak ?
saya sudah kena banyak kali buyer tak nak terima parcel .. barang kena return balik .. sampai kedai saya kotar itu sudah rosak ... itu siapa ganti rugi saya?

Hello there, yes your calculation is correct and seller only need to pay return delivery cost once the returned parcel has been successfully delivered
