FAQ - Size Chart Tool
What is the Size Chart Tool?
Size Chart is a tool that helps you create detailed series of main body measurements to help your customer decide which size to purchase.
You can now save created size charts as templates and easily apply them to multiple products together instead of one at a time, giving you more flexibility and efficiency to create and manage your size charts!
What products can use Size Chart Tool?
The Size Chart Tool is only applicable under the following Fashion categories:
Men's Shoes and Clothing
Women's Shoes and Clothing
Fashon Accessories
Beauty
How to create a Size Chart?
On your Seller Center account click Add Product or on Manage Product click Edit button
Scroll down to the Product Description section
You can either use the new Size Chart Tool to select existing size chart template or create a new size chart, or upload a size chart image directly
Enter the size chart customization pop up by clicking Create New Size Chart on listing page
Provide your size chart note to customers in the Description if needed
Select the Size Type or Other Dimension like length for your size chart and enter the value in the table (you can add customized value for Other Dimension)
Click Submit to generate this customized size chart and return to listing page
How to create Size Chart Template?
There are two ways to create Size Chart Template:
[Option 1]
On listing product page and scroll down to Product Description section, click the Create New Size Chart to enable template function
[Option 2]
On Manage Size Chart page, click Add New Template to create the size chart template
Provide your size chart note to customers in the Description if needed
Select the Size Type or Other Dimension like length for your size chart and enter the value in the table (you can add customized value for Other Dimension)
Enable Save as Template and key in the size chart template name
Click Submit to generate this customized size chart and return to listing page
Manage Size Chart Template
On Manage Size Chart page
You can search your existing template by template name or template id
You can check your template information including basic info, preview image, description, quantity of linked products in the template list section
You can create a new template
Edit, link product, copy to create a new template and delete actions are also supported
To link the products
Click the Link Product to check the details
You can filter the products by different conditions or search by product name or product id, only the products that can set size chart will be displayed
You can check the product link information on this specific size chart template: Linked, Not Linked or Linked to other template
You can link as single product by clicking the Link button
You can select multiple products via the checkbox, can select products from different page. Max 20 products can be executed in one time.
Click the Link to Template/ Unlink from Template button above to batch link or unlink the products
