the is fake buyer and spam us with many order. ( thy have multiple account, different name but same phone no and address).

After product handed over for shipping, thy cancel the order. he use the term COD to manipulate lazada system to sabotage our shop performance and reputation. not only that, after thy cancel....they make new order again for hundred of qty and wait us to ship0 the product...whatever order we ship, thy will cancel. please help.
