NEW VERSION ORDER MANAGEMENT PAGE (ORDER MANAGEMENT 2.1)
Order management page provides key information on your sales orders. To improve sellers' experience, we are glad to introduce the all new all new Order Management Page v2.1, which some sellers are already experiencing since 31st March 2022.
Most sellers will see the new Order Management page v2.1 as their default Oder management page, however they may convert it back to the previous version by clicking on 'Old Version' as below:
The revamp includes but is not limited to:
New Search Capabilities - Enhanced search filters all in one glance.
Consolidation of 'To Pack' and 'To Ship' into one tab named 'To Ship'
'Fail Delivery' and 'Lost & Damaged' merge into 'Failed Delivery' tab
Cancellation tab - Details of cancelled orders
Processing Orders - New filters, greyed out unprinted labels, more options for sellers to toggle

Improved Search Capabilities - Improved user experience with new search interface
Consolidation of 'To Pack' and 'To Ship' into one tab named 'To Ship
Old Version (OM v1.0) - Sellers have to first click on 'Create Package and Print' in the "To Pack" tab, and then go to the "To Ship" tab to 'Arrange Shipment' to make orders ready to ship (RTS).
New Version (OM v2.1) - Improved user interface where all shipping related management pages are integrated into one (1) tab - "To Ship" tab
with subtask highlighting sequence of action requiredfrom 'To pack', 'To arrange shipment' and lastly to 'Handover' (RTS)
New Mass Shipping Capabilities for OM v2.1
In OM v2.1, select 'To pack' subtask bar
Then click on 'Pack & Print'
A) "Pack & Print & Ship": The item will move to 'To Handover’ (Ready To Ship)
B) "Pack & Print": The item will move to 'Arrange Shipment’
C) Sellers can mass pack/print/ship up to 80 orders (as per filter)
'Fail Delivery' and 'Lost & Damaged' merge into 'Failed Delivery' tab
Split between Lost & Damage, and Fail delivery tab.
Cancellation Tab
Enhanced search filters, including cancel reason type
Details of cancelled orders will be shown here
Return or Refund
Click the Return or Refund tab to manage your returns
You will be re-directed to the Return Orders page, where you can manage and keep track of the returned/refunded items and their progress
Processing orders
Filter the orders by SLA or order creation time (Shortest SLA first, Longest SLA First, Newest Order Created, Oldest Order created)
Documents not yet printed will be greyed-out (Printed documents will be green)
