I was assigned to Lazada Pick Up automatically without requesting since April, however my location is not suitable for pickup as I am selling from home and it's an apartment.
Problem: When I'm marked as pick up seller, all my COD failed delivery parcels are to be returned to me by the pick up driver. First driver that came to my location called me for pickup, however, I told him there wasn't any parcel for him to pickup since I've dropped off myself, he returned a few of my failed delivery parcels. Then, after the Raya holiday, the driver wasn't working with LEX anymore and since then I have not received a single phone call from anyone attempting to return my failed delivery parcels. When I check my failed delivery order list, around 20 orders as of now, are marked as Parcel Scrapped because of failed return delivery attempt.
I would like to switch back to drop off as well as claim those parcels that have been scrapped.
