A buyer filled in an incomplete address, only with apartment unit number and street name without apartment name, should I still fulfil the order?

i request to change my shipping provider LEX MY cause of my area dont have this courier,and the nearest lex hub is more than 100km.But my request was reject.what sould i do?

Would like to ask let say a buyer bought an item and when the buyer receive the item is damage probably done by courier service. Now the buyer want to return the item back to the seller. Now seller will need to bare the cost of shipping delivery?

For eg :

Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost : RM 5
Total buyer need to pay is = RM 35

So now seller only got RM30 as RM5 go into courier service

Now item damage

Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost back to seller : RM 5
Total seller got RM 30 - RM 5 = RM 25

Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm new seller.

so, in statement periode, i see that buyer paid about 450MYR.

but i check in EVERY statement of withdraw, i cannot find that balance.

so PLEASE HELP how to see it

My Product not Apple products ,so on Lazada Platform still have some seller was selling same product.
