Customer order and keep reject at doorstep.

There are many customers who simply order and reject at the doorstep. this is because Lazada Allowed customer to order by COD, This is really giving stress on us, as we wrap the product using packaging material which is also costly and the driver bring the parcel to the customer, there is much hard work in one order parcel. I have requested a hundred times for Lazada to swift off the COD facilities, But lazada refuses to accept our request. Give us a solution Lazada Please, don't put us under stress

hi, recently one of my Health Supplement product has been blocked by QC citing it is not registered with NPRA. Event though the Product is Registered with NPRA & I had provided all the information in the Product Listing?

I would like to know more about the violation for the product listing that I've been trying to make, and it says that I have violated the P&C.

Quality Check, (E128688)This product listing is blocked, as it contains Illicit or Prescription Drugs, which are prohibited and controlled items under Lazada's P&C Policy.(BIZ_CHECK_MANGROVE_RULE_QC)

Can seller rate buyers after the order is completed.

Context: Buyers are allowed to rate buyer on their performance or their product. However can we rate buyers as well?

Return & refund - change of mind (fashion categories)

Hi,

Could anyone help me? Is change of mind (fashion categories) not applicable anymore? because my buyer wanted to return item, but this choice is not there. Now there's a new one; Return Reason:Mutually Agreed Return with Seller, and she chose this one. Is this the same/similar to change of mind?

Sponsored Discovery overcharge my budget

Hi everybody, is Sponsored Discovery can overcharge my budget and balance??

I set my budget RM8 daily, 17 Aug 2022 topup RM10 + RM10 and 18 Aug 2022 topup RM20 total RM40, just running for 2day(From 17 to 18) my balance now become -RM35.26 that mean it spend RM75.26 for 2 days? Budget is for what if it can be overcharged and use over my balance and become negative? I need to top up more to start again? I cant imagine if use auto topup it will drain all my money. How can it be like this?

I follow the step from the Lazada chat(Use Sponsored Discovery to help drive MORE Traffic & Sales to your store!). Lazada chat: [Campaign will not run if there is no Sponsored Discovery credit] but now it overcharged my balance and budget.
