This is a typical example of why shopping platforms such as Lazada and Shopee will have hard time making profit. They depend on their software so much so that any problem or concern from sellers is directed back to seller without checking the problem. They assume each and every seller is new to online selling and all problems are due to sellers lack of knowledge.
They do not try to understand buyers or sellers concerns and problems and many issues are ignored and never solved. This is one of the reasons why year after year no profit is showing regardless of how high GMV gets.
Lack of qualified workers should not be a problem for these companies any more. But it is because these workers still can not solve a simple buyer or seller's problem efficiently and fast.
This seller has spent time listing the product but can not submit it after clicking on submit because of following statement which pops up:
'Quality Check, (E128745)Apple products are limited to be sold by authorised sellers due to exclusive agreement.(BIZ_CHECK_MANGROVE_RULE_QC)

His product is not Apple nor is related to Apple. His problem should be solved right away because it is caused by a glitch in Lazada's software.
I do not know if above advice is from a Lazada worker or another seller. But it is an insult to the seller saying possible cause could be IP infringement and asking seller to waste more time to check his product name, photo and description and make sure it doesn't infringe Apple's IP. Excessive amount of money has been spent on useless Apps and software specifically for chat timing replies that on many occasions customers questions do not even appear in chat window. But the harm comes when employees rely on these apps and software without knowing how to rectify day to day problems by themselves.
Many local sellers have listed details and photos of their products for many years. They know what they are selling.
I finished chatting with a customer rep about the same issue I had editing an already listed item. He asked if it is ok that another department send me an email about this problem. Lazada University will be more beneficial for their employees.
