Sellers are not required to request for LEX to sign the manifest when handing over the item at DOP or pick up by LEX. Just ensure that the item is successfully scanned and that you have receive an email confirmation on the drop-off/pick up prior to leaving the DOP or before the driver goes out from the premises.
