what should i do with this case?
customer ordered 4 units, but i has overlook by only sent out one unit. What should i do?

i dont know this is the right way or not but if this happen to me, i will apologize to buyer immediately
and i will send the left 3 unit to buyer and pay shipping fee by my self due to its my mistake :)
