You can fill up master form (order fulfillment ~ request for cancellation)

Request customer to cancel & re-order with correct address. If customer still not reply before shipping SLA, just proceed order as usual.

Good ideas too. Most of them who is not from M'sia, they are foreigners. As long as we fulfil our job ya, I'll be happy.
