Hi can i actually cancel Cash On Delivery for my customer and product ? Is there any SETTING that can be done ya ?

Would like to ask let say a buyer bought an item and when the buyer receive the item is damage probably done by courier service. Now the buyer want to return the item back to the seller. Now seller will need to bare the cost of shipping delivery?
For eg :
Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost : RM 5
Total buyer need to pay is = RM 35
So now seller only got RM30 as RM5 go into courier service
Now item damage
Product cost : RM 30
Delivery cost back to seller : RM 5
Total seller got RM 30 - RM 5 = RM 25
Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm new seller.

I WOULD LIKE TO ASK CAN I SELL MY PRODUCT BY NOT USING CASH ON DELIVERY ? BECAUSE WHEN WE POS OUR PRODUCT OUT . MOST OF THE CUSTOMER WILL CANCEL THE PARCEL AT THE DOOR STEP . AND THE WRAPPING BUBBLE AND TAPE ALL ALSO NEED MONEY TO USE . ITS VERY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY . I HOPE THAT CAN CANCEL CASH ON DELIVERY

The situation is like if I have a customer purchase from me but the product is in my boss office, so if the address I putting my boss office but at the same time I need to order the stock trough our own system so how should I do ya?

Hi, I want to opt-out of the COD payment method as the COD payment method all the buyer didn't input the contact number for the parcel delivery and when I cancel the order, it affects my shop rating which is unfair to me whereby all the COD buyer parcel was returned due not contactable. please kindly advise what I can do to avoid such a situation, thanks.
I was assigned to Lazada Pick Up automatically without requesting since April, however my location is not suitable for pickup as I am selling from home and it's an apartment.
Problem: When I'm marked as pick up seller, all my COD failed delivery parcels are to be returned to me by the pick up driver. First driver that came to my location called me for pickup, however, I told him there wasn't any parcel for him to pickup since I've dropped off myself, he returned a few of my failed delivery parcels. Then, after the Raya holiday, the driver wasn't working with LEX anymore and since then I have not received a single phone call from anyone attempting to return my failed delivery parcels. When I check my failed delivery order list, around 20 orders as of now, are marked as Parcel Scrapped because of failed return delivery attempt.
I would like to switch back to drop off as well as claim those parcels that have been scrapped.
